Virtual Reality Experience Creator

We're a leading provider of innovative virtual tours, changing the way people transact property globally.

  • Casual position
  • Perth Inner North

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with customers to bring real spaces to life through 3D scanning and virtual reality. You'll travel to various locations, collaborating with onsite contacts such as property managers, agents, tenants, owners, and venue managers. Your goal will be to help customers harness the power of virtual reality for easy and convenient property inspections.

Attention to detail, time management, adaptability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences are highly valued in this role.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that creates seamless virtual experiences using cutting-edge 3D scanning technology. Our company boasts the largest collection of Matterport Pro2 scanners in the Southern Hemisphere.

Our virtual tours connect people every day to commercial real estate, property sales, events, and entertainment spaces, among others. With virtual reality, possibilities are endless, allowing clients to view and experience spaces worldwide on their own terms.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service environment
  • Current driver's license, reliable motor vehicle, and willingness to travel between sites
  • Exposure to the Real Estate industry and photography
  • A friendly, fun attitude with a love of contributing to a team effort
  • Flexible working hours and ability to provide availability in advance
  • Ability to self-manage time and output
  • Problem-solving skills and thinking on your feet
  • Professional, hardworking, and attention to detail
  • Open, clear, and friendly communication with a sense of humor
  • Digital literacy and passion for learning new digital skills
  • Matterport exposure is advantageous but not required
