We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network, Tanunda Hospital.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality person-centred care to patients. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing individual patient needs, planning, implementing, and coordinating appropriate care from a range of accepted options.
You will also provide health education, counselling, and rehabilitation programs to improve the health outcomes of individual patients or groups. Additionally, you will support and guide newer or less experienced staff, Enrolled Nurses, student nurses, and other workers providing basic nursing care.
Key Responsibilities- Assess individual patient needs and develop care plans

- Support and guide newer or less experienced staff
- Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
To be successful in this role, you will need to be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and hold or be eligible to hold a current practicing certificate.
You will also need to have demonstrated competence in nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards, effective communication skills, including problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
