SAP S/4HANA HR Techno Functional Consultant

Our organization is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA HR Techno Functional consultant to assist in the implementation and configuration of SAP S/4 HANA HR modules. This role requires a blend of technical and functional expertise to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, configure, and support SAP S/4 HANA HR modules for optimal performance.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Develop, maintain, and debug reports, interfaces, and enhancements using ABAP programming language.
  • Debug and troubleshoot existing ABAP programs to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Conduct data migration and data conversion activities using tools like LSMW and BDC.
  • Functional Expertise:
  • Collect and analyze business requirements related to HR processes to provide effective solutions.
  • Configure SAP HR modules (e.g., PA, OM) to meet business needs and enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Provide detailed functional specifications for custom developments to ensure seamless integration.
  • Consulting Skills:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and provide tailored solutions.
  • Participate in enhancement planning, execution, and delivery to achieve project goals.
  • Strong Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
  • Moderate experience in SAP HR ABAP developments is essential for this role.
  • A strong understanding of SAP S/4 HANA HR modules and their integration is necessary for success.
