We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Oaks Darwin Elan Hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for cooking
- Cook a variety of dishes to high standards
- Ensure presentation is appealing and dishes are dressed before serving
- Store food and other items properly
- Keep the kitchen clean and organized
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a cook
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and passion for cooking
- Availability to work across a variety of shifts
