Production Assurance Manager - APAC (Flow Assurance)

Xodus Group is an international energy consultancy seeking an experienced professional to lead the Production Assurance team within the Asia Pacific region. As a key member of the APAC Leadership Team, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and technical leadership of the team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and technical leadership for the Production Assurance team in APAC.
  • Identify, win, and execute projects in APAC, ensuring techno-commercial success.
  • Contribute to the APAC leadership team, collaborating with colleagues across disciplines and hubs.
  • Deliver Xodus Group KPIs, supporting business development plans for the Production Assurance team and region.
  • Manage the recruitment, allocation, performance, and development of personnel in your team, promoting a diverse and inclusive culture.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and HSEQ procedures, maintaining a safe and secure environment for all Xodus personnel, clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant engineering or environment discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience in flow assurance, with a strong track record in leading project delivery and team management.
  • Sound technical and commercial understanding of energy-related projects, with experience in the early phases of project development.
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising and developing a team, with a strong team culture.
