
Store Performance Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with a proven track record of driving store performance through strong store presentation, inventory management, and stock control. You will also be responsible for managing your roster and wages at a high level, through performance-based rostering.

- Drive store performance through strong store presentation, inventory management, and stock control.
- Manage your roster and wages at a high level, through performance-based rostering.

- Be a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop, and influence others.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years' experience as a Store Manager, preferably in fashion.
- Exceptional customer service and styling skills.
- Driven budgets and achieved exceptional sales results.
- Strong understanding of KPIs and their impact on the business.
- Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business.
- Experience in leading, recruiting, and developing a team.
