Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and driven leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading a team of passionate casuals in store.

You will work collaboratively to drive sales and KPIs, deliver excellent customer service to your customers, and coach your team. This is a full-time position with up to 12 months maternity leave contract, with an opportunity for permanency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC
  • A motivated and driven 'Make it Happen' attitude
  • A passion for leading and inspiring a team to succeed
  • A proven track record in driving sales and meeting KPIs and targets
  • Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising
