Responsibilities
  • Design and develop innovative hardware products from concept to production.

  • Negotiate and collaborate with various departments to refine and execute the vision for the product.
  • Develop technical knowledge in areas outside your realm of expertise to understand other teams' design constraints and craft creative solutions to technical problems.
  • Collaborate with outside vendors and internal manufacturing experts to optimise designs for function, aesthetic, and manufacturability.


Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Creo, SolidWorks, NX).
  • An understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and production techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal, ability to clearly communicate design ideas, contribute to brainstorming.
