Lead Test Planning Strategist

\

The successful candidate will design and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies, as well as execute them. They will also be accountable for ensuring quality assurance, reporting on test plans and results, establishing testing standards and policies, and enhancing the test management process.

This role encompasses overseeing the overall testing capability of the organization, which includes Test Automation and its implementation across all systems.

\

We are looking for a strategic thinker who can uplift the testing and competency capabilities at our organization and lead the testing team towards a journey of transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and management abilities to oversee the testing capability and drive strategy in the Testing function\
  • Experience with AWS\
  • Experience with RESTful APIs\
  • Experience with MS Azure DevOps (Highly Advantageous)\
  • Experience working in SAFe Agile (Advantageous)\
