Store Manager

This role requires a leader with excellent communication and coaching skills, who can drive business development, control costs and embed a high-performance culture.
The successful candidate will be responsible for store performance against financial targets. This includes driving sales growth, reducing costs and improving customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement initiatives to improve store operations and increase customer engagement.
- Maintain effective relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Resolve escalated complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure physical security of stock, assets and team.
- Control expenses and minimize stock loss shortage.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will have:
- Proven leadership experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to influence at all levels in the business.

Please note that this is a full-time position requiring a senior-level professional with experience in retail operations management.
