Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on customer service professional to provide exceptional service to our predominantly older clientele.

This is a permanent part-time position with working hours scheduled between Wednesday to Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients and manage their experience for optimal outcomes
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for our clients
  • Provide administrative support to our clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
  • Efficiently manage day-to-day operations of our clinics, including opening and closing procedures
  • Manage clinic phone line and shared email inbox
  • Billing clients correctly and taking range of payments
  • Learning and competently using range of software and applications
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration role
  • Passion for delivering amazing client experience
  • Great communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation and lots of energy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
  • Focus on results and best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
