The Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at our Wangaratta branch. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and delivery services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receipt and dispatch of products and goods
  • Warehouse and driving duties
  • Deliveries to customers and sites
  • Use of computers for inventory management and customer service
  • Providing exceptional customer service and sales support
  • Maintaining a professional store presentation and adhering to company standards
  • General housekeeping and contributing to continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Customer service focus and willingness to learn
  • Ability to perform manual handling tasks
  • Current Drivers Licence with a good driving record
  • Availability to work some overtime
