Medical Services Assistant

This role requires a highly organized individual to provide exceptional support and services in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
About the Role- Provide top-notch customer service to patients and medical professionals
- Manage appointment bookings and hospital procedure arrangements
- Coordinate billing processes for outpatient and inpatient services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with stakeholders
- A minimum of two years' experience in medical administration or reception
- A high level of integrity to maintain patient and doctor confidentiality at all times
- The ability to work efficiently and remain organized during periods of high demand
- Flexibility to provide holiday relief and cover for sick leave as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
