Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our Service Operations and Infrastructure Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise in cloud infrastructure platform support, operational oversight of cloud platforms, and ensuring best practices are followed in our multi-cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing multi-cloud solutions and working closely with digital and non-digital teams.
  • Providing operational oversight of Google Cloud Platform and key supporting services underpinning our cloud platforms.
  • Ensuring platform stability and availability through ITIL service operations and risk management.
  • Maintaining smooth operation of Woolworths' multi-cloud platforms, including continuous service improvement.
  • Transitioning new and changed services into business-as-usual operations.
  • Adhering to IT service management disciplines and company methodologies.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing services that scale on public cloud, preferably GCP.
  • Firm grasp of DevOps best practices and architectural patterns.
  • Large-scale enterprise experience, with relevant experience in enterprise cloud platform management or support.
  • Project life cycle experience and ability to transition to BAU operations.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also provide a range of benefits, including flexible work arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
