We are seeking a skilled Home Care Worker to join our team in the Kensington area. This is a part-time position with guaranteed hours and shifts, offering a stable and secure work environment.

The successful candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in a similar role, including personal care skills. They will be able to assist our customers with domestic assistance, meal preparation, shopping, social support, and transport to lifestyle activities.

In this role, you will also provide complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia. You will be responsible for getting them up, showered, and dressed for the day, managing medications, assisting with mobility, and therapy goals.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $25-30 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide extensive paid training and a culture of continuous learning, ensuring you stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
