We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the holistic education and wellbeing of infants and pre-school aged children in a welcoming and interactive environment.

This includes day-to-day operation of your assigned room, leading and supporting educational programs for children and their families.

You will engage positively with children, families, educators, and staff, focusing on collaborative delivery of excellent educational experiences. A Room Leader will mentor you to develop your skills and fast track your career in this sector.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • - A Diploma (or active study) in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • - A current and valid paid Working with Children's Check
  • - Passion for delivering exceptional early education and care
  • - Proficiency in oral and written communication
  • - Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
