Empowering Injured Clients: A Key Role in Rehabilitation

About the Position

As a vital member of our rehabilitation team, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of injured clients. You will work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to establish strong partnerships that drive safe and sustainable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client portfolios with dedication and care, ensuring each individual receives personalized support.
  • Establish and maintain effective partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough vocational and non-vocational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop tailored plans.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture where all colleagues feel valued and supported.
Requirements:
  • Hold qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Registered Nurse, Social Worker, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist.
  • Be registered with relevant professional bodies such as AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC, RCAA or AASW.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel purposes.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong influencing skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience in Workplace Rehabilitation.
