Lead Retail Team to Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Floor Manager to lead our retail team in delivering exceptional customer experience. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving success in your store through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback to build a highly effective team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing a large format retail environment, inspiring and educating large teams, and coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills. A true passion for exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in leading the retail team to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Lead from the front; drive success in your store through ongoing training, mentoring and providing feedback to build a highly effective team
  • Engage and motivate the team in store to meet KPIs and uphold company values

What Success Looks Like:

  • Prior experience managing a large format retail environment where you inspire and educate large teams
  • A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to create memorable moments
  • Previous coaching and mentoring experience focusing on team member development
