About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Store Sales Representative to join our team at our Coffs Harbour location. In this exciting and varied role, you will be working closely with customers to provide them with the best storage solutions for their needs. Your primary focus will be on centre tours and walk-throughs showcasing our facilities, as well as focusing on centre presentation, maintenance, cleanliness, and achieving budgeted KPI goals.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering excellent customer service to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
  • Conducting centre tours and walk-throughs to showcase our facilities and services.
  • Maintaining centre presentation, ensuring it meets our high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and appearance.
  • Meeting and exceeding budgeted Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and excellence.
  • Actioning general administration duties such as customer contracts, inventory, and insurance claims.

About You:

  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • You have a strong sales orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
  • You are motivated, proactive, and positive, with a willingness to learn and grow with the business.
  • You are able to work well in a team and autonomously.
  • You hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
  • Forklift license is desirable.
  • You are willing to work on a rotating roster, including every second Saturday from 9:00am-2:00pm.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
