We are seeking a Bar Manager to lead our team behind the bar, promoting a positive culture and nurturing wellbeing. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for managing a dynamic environment, focusing on ordering and stocktake duties, ensuring high safety standards are met.

As a skilled mixologist, you will prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including our new cocktail creations. You will also ensure the bar area is well-stocked and maintained to the highest standards.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in leadership in a bar setting, strong communication skills, and a friendly, outgoing personality. They will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks with ease, and possess a passion for mixology and a keen interest in the latest beverage trends.
