We collaborate with insurers, self-insurers, schemes, and employers to navigate complex claims environments and drive transformative change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting claim reviews to assess liability and treatment appropriateness.
  • Applying legislative frameworks and clinical guidelines to inform case conferences and return to work strategies.
  • Facilitating case conferences with treating providers to review treatment progress and clarify recovery goals.

You will play a pivotal part in driving meaningful change in the social-insurance landscape. You will support various engagements, collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders, and utilise claims management systems to maintain accurate documentation and data entry.

Our ideal candidate possesses proven expertise in personal injury claims management, extensive knowledge of workers compensation and/or motor accident legislation, and demonstrated ability to critically assess claims and identify opportunities for improved outcomes.
