We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Efficiency: Streamline office procedures, manage staff schedules, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Business Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve corporate goals, oversee financial management, and monitor key performance indicators.
- Marketing Excellence: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns that promote our brand, enhance customer engagement, and drive sales.
- Store Network Development: Oversee the development and expansion of our brick-and-mortar store network, ensuring optimal location, efficient resource allocation, and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in retail or luxury fashion.
- Familiarity with business strategies, marketing principles, and store network construction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- A passion for luxury fashion and a keen understanding of industry trends.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work in Melbourne VIC.
- Work Authorisation in Australia.
