Leadership Opportunity

This role provides educational and pastoral leadership for students and staff within the Junior School. As part of the Junior School leadership team, you will develop and maintain effective operational procedures and oversee the range of programs related to student wellbeing policies and practices.


The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, including the ability to manage sensitive conversations with care and professionalism.


About the Role
  • Position of Responsibility combined with a teaching load in the Junior School

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective operational procedures and overseeing the range of programs related to student wellbeing policies and practices. This includes knowledge of effective pastoral frameworks, restorative practices, and inclusive wellbeing strategies.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in leading or coordinating pastoral care, wellbeing, or student support programs in a school setting
  • Deep understanding of child/early adolescent development and the social, emotional, and academic needs of students in the primary years
