Job Responsibilities
The Nursing Director – Medical is a nursing leadership and management position, accountable for operational and professional leadership, management, and delivery of nursing services within the hospital's Acute Medical department.
They are also accountable at an expert professional and leadership level for the delivery of high quality, evidence-informed nursing standards within the hospital.
To lead the ongoing design, planning, development, implementation and management of the service, providing high level advice to other Nursing Directors and executive team.
