Leadership Opportunity: NDIS Program Oversight

This is a leadership role that oversees the delivery of quality person-centred services through effective management and coordination of programs and services.

As the leader of a team of dedicated coordinators and support workers, you will implement best practice approaches to supporting NDIS participants in achieving their goals and building their capacity.

The ideal candidate has experience in managing programs or services within a community, disability or mental health setting, with a strong understanding of social disadvantage and commitment to the rights of Indigenous and other people living with disability and/or mental illness.

  • Mandatory qualifications: Individual Support or related field at Cert IV minimum or significant experience in a similar role.
  • Working with Children Check NSW or willingness to obtain.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Yellow Card – Disability (Qld).
  • Satisfactory Criminal Record Check.
