Lead Educator - Academic Excellence

The Lead Educator - Academic Excellence is a senior position responsible for the leadership and management of the Secondary Teaching and Learning program.

This role involves facilitating quality practice in curriculum, pedagogy, assessment, and reporting to inspire staff and students to flourish professionally and academically.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a culture of academic excellence in teaching and learning.
  • Develop and implement effective curriculum and pedagogical practices to drive improvement in student outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate must have a strong commitment to Christian values and be an active member of their local church. A registered teacher with the Queensland College of Teachers is also required.
