We are seeking a skilled Cloud Operations Engineer to join our team.

Job Description

In this role, you will play a hands-on part in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud-native applications and infrastructure. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to automate infrastructure, improve system performance, and support our DevOps and CloudOps practices.

This is a growth-focused position where you will contribute, learn, and help drive operational excellence.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and reliable application infrastructure in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Build and manage Kubernetes clusters and related infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD
  • Write maintainable, production-grade code in a modern programming language (such as Golang, TypeScript, or Kotlin)
  • Apply CloudOps and SRE fundamentals, including SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, toil reduction, golden signals, and progressive delivery, to real-world systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues in distributed systems, including TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, and HTTP/S protocols
  • Perform Linux system administration, including performance analysis, troubleshooting, and automation with shell tools

Requirements:

  • A strong foundation in software engineering, with experience writing maintainable, production-grade code in at least one modern language (ideally Golang, TypeScript, or Kotlin)
  • Comfortable working in Linux-based environments
  • Hands-on experience with GCP, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Helm, and ArgoCD
  • An understanding of core CloudOps/SRE concepts, such as SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, toil reduction, and golden signals, and experience applying them in real-world systems
  • A solid grasp of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, HTTP/S) and adept at troubleshooting distributed systems
