Infrastructure Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to design, build, and maintain the digital infrastructure that supports our services. This encompasses physical, virtual, networking, and cloud-based systems.

\Key Responsibilities\

  • Design and develop infrastructure solutions to support digital services\
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure components\
  • Maintain and improve existing infrastructure to optimize performance and efficiency\
  • Develop expertise in various ICT platforms to provide expert advice on management and maintenance\
  • Work closely with third-party suppliers to ensure provision of robust gateway infrastructure capabilities\
  • Ensure security and compliance of technical operations by liaising with architecture and shared services areas\
  • Provide high-level guidance to junior staff while exercising independent judgement and considering wider implications\
  • Assist in planning and executing infrastructure projects to meet business objectives\
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of infrastructure strategies to drive business growth\
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency\
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions\
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partners\
  • Perform other duties as required\
