
Diesel Mechanic

We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to service and maintain heavy machinery and vehicles. As a diesel mechanic, you will be responsible for engine and component rebuilds, servicing and maintenance of heavy equipment and associated records.
The ideal candidate will have a trade qualification in engineering mechanical trades or equivalent, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Servicing and maintenance of heavy machinery/vehicles
- Engine and component rebuilds
- Diagnosing, repairing and testing diesel powered equipment
Additional requirements include:
- Construction White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Current Forklift Licence highly regarded
- Able to identify, assess and report workplace risks
