Beverage Operations Manager

As a Beverage Leader, you will be responsible for driving excellence in beverage service and inspiring our team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
You will oversee the quality of beverage operations, supervise team members, and set daily objectives to drive performance.
Closely collaborating with our leadership team, you will work towards maximising revenue while maintaining operational efficiency and delivering unforgettable experiences for all guests.
- Drive high-quality beverage service through effective leadership and team management
- Maintain high standards of quality and customer service across all beverage outlets
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance
We are seeking an experienced leader who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate adaptability, and possess excellent communication skills. You should be able to manage multiple priorities, foster a positive team culture, and contribute to shaping the success of our beverage operations at The Star Sydney.
