We are looking for a skilled Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating field service work, communicating with customers and efficiently scheduling tasks with our service technicians.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To establish strong relationships with customers, suppliers, technicians and managers.
  • To handle customer inquiries and schedule tasks such as emergency breakdowns, service repairs and general maintenance.
  • To coordinate field service work assignments and source parts.
  • To administer internal systems including the job allocation schedule, on-call register and field service leave roster.
  • To process invoices and warranty claims.
  • To communicate with customers regarding quotations.
  • To enter and process job orders.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak with various customers and mechanical technicians on a daily basis.
  • Good attention to detail and a strong customer-focused attitude.
  • Prior experience with scheduling in a similar role.
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Good time management skills and ability to manage multiple customer demands.
  • Ability to work within a close-knit team.
  • Mechanical knowledge in earthmoving equipment is preferred but not essential.
