Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Pathologist with MedHealth, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from children to adults, and develop your skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

  • Deliver high-quality speech pathology services to NDIS participants
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Key Responsibilities

Manage Client Caseload: You will be responsible for managing an allocated caseload of clients, including conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy sessions.

Clinical Expertise: You will utilise your clinical expertise to provide evidence-based speech pathology services that meet the needs of each client.

Team Collaboration: You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

Requirements
  • Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Proactive attitude and genuine passion for working in the disability sector
