At Advanced Personnel Management, we are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Rehabilitation Consultants. As a key member of our team, you will work with clients to provide expert guidance and support as they navigate their rehabilitation journey after a workplace injury.

This is an exciting opportunity for Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Osteopaths, and Registered Nurses to utilize their clinical expertise and skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex cases and provide health coaching and support to clients
  • Perform vocational assessments both in person and virtually to identify client goals and outcomes
  • Support clients in achieving personal return to life goals through holistic rehabilitation approaches
  • Provide non-compensable and claim-related psychological and psychosocial support to corporate and government customers
  • Utilize award-winning psychosocial risk tools to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
