We currently have an opportunity for a Service & Warranty Administrator to join our Service & Warranty team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders, while working closely with the Service & Warranty team and project teams.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, with the skills to manage and respond to customer complaints, manage the defect portal, and provide administration support to the Service & Warranty team.

About the Role

  1. Coordinate calendars and arrange meetings with internal/external/relevant parties
  2. Manage data mining, including project and supplier history
  3. Raise purchase orders and manage insurance claims, reports, and costs
  4. Create bank charges and provide approval on retention and bank guarantees
  5. Set the agenda for, record minutes, and participate in weekly meetings

About You

  • Career profile as a dedicated administration professional
  • Customer-centric attitude with strong stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Circa 3 to 5+ years' experience working in a similar team administration support role
  • Exposure to working in a construction company or parallel field environment is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience within administration, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
