About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Consultant to join our Global Risk Training Team based in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity for you to play a key role in driving divisional efficiency and effectiveness through learning and development, as well as Macquarie-wide risk training.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with regional counterparts and the Global Head of Risk Training in the development and implementation of the Global Risk Training Program.
  • Manage the entire project management lifecycle for risk training, including stakeholder consultations, program design, content creation, record-keeping, and data analysis for delivered training modules.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust stakeholder relationships to foster risk maturity within the Group.

The Ideal Candidate

You will possess demonstrable experience in designing and delivering mandatory risk & compliance training, ideally within the Financial Services sector. Proven capability in maintaining and executing a training plan, developing training materials, and analyzing feedback and data for continuous improvement is essential. Experience in designing eLearning modules and using design tools such as Articulate is also desirable.
