Client Services Representative Role

We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Client Services Representative at our Glen Waverley location. This is a busy role that requires exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, staff, and referring veterinarians
  • Answer telephones and respond to internal and external email communications
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate client files
  • Organize post and couriers, and accept and finalize payments
  • Perform daily reconciliation of accounts
