Job Title: Locomotive Drivers WantedAre you a skilled locomotive driver looking for a new opportunity? We have exciting permanent, part-time, and casual roles available in multiple regional locations across Queensland.We operate out of several depots, including Bowen, Nebo, Sarina, and Coppabella. Our coal operation is a major player in the industry, hauling various freight, including coal, intermodal containers, steel, and bulk commodities.We offer a range of benefits to our employees, including:
  • A 6% retention bonus paid annually
  • New EA rosters with a minimum of 134 days off per year
  • A 6/3, 6/4 roster for Bowen and Sarina depots
  • A 7/4 roster with additional leave for Coppabella depot, or an even time 7/7 roster subject to an IFA
  • A 7/4 roster with additional leave for Nebo depot, or a 7/5 roster subject to an IFA
  • Remote living incentives and Civeo village benefits
  • All-purpose rate (APM 28%) included in the base rate
  • A 6% wage increase over the life of the agreement
  • Reduced lift up/lay back hours
  • Flexible working arrangements subject to business needs
  • Opportunities to relieve at other Pacific National Coal Queensland depots
