Pool Attendant

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Pool Attendant to join our team at the Oasis Regional Aquatic Centre. As a Casual Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for patrons.

• Undertake pool attendant duties, including surveillance of water activities, rescue, and application of first aid treatment.
• Supervise patrons using the aquatic facilities to maximize customer safety and enjoyment.
• Ensure facility presentation is maintained, including set up and pack away of equipment and cleaning of all areas of the Aquatic Centre and Bolton Park Stadium.
• Adhere to Council's policies and procedures.
• Deliver effective customer service to all patrons and assist in the coordination of programs/bookings.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is $73,000 based on 35 hours per week.

1. Current First Aid Certificate or proof of enrolment in course.
2. Current Pool Lifeguard Licence or proof of enrolment in course.
3. NSW Working with Children Check Clearance.
4. Aquatic Management Certificate (Desirable).
5. Current Pool Operations Certificate (Desirable).
6. Highly motivated and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
7. Committed to WH&S requirements of the role.

In accordance with Work Health and Safety legislation, successful candidates are required to be vaccinated for Hepatitis A and Hepatitis B and will be asked to provide evidence of this.
