Mental Health Clinician

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Clinician to support the Admissions operations at our clinics. This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse or Allied Health professional with experience in mental health intake services.
The successful candidate will work closely with Psychiatrists, GP's and other external referrers, ensuring compliance and effective risk management processes. This role oversees the first point of contact, ensuring that all enquires are met with a professional, compassionate and timely response.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional patient care and support to individuals with mental health issues
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong customer service approach
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse/Allied Health
- Minimum two (2) years' post-graduate experience
- Experience in mental health intake services preferred
- Post-graduate qualifications in mental health highly regarded
