Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner for North America

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will partner with frontline leaders to drive business outcomes and develop their teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and support to operational businesses
  • Implement P&C plans and processes throughout the annual P&C lifecycle
  • Drive improvement and contribute to high-impact change initiatives
  • Lead Enterprise Agreement negotiations, manage grievance and disciplinary investigations, and provide EA and Award interpretation advice to leaders and employees
  • Engage in leadership, diversity, talent, and capability projects
What We're Looking For:
  • A strong background in People & Culture, ideally within advisory and operational implementation-focused roles
  • Proven track record in large organizations, particularly in industrial sectors, and experience working with EA-covered workforces
  • Contemporary knowledge and experience in enterprise bargaining and managing union stakeholder interactions
  • Demonstrated success in leading and implementing People & Culture projects
  • An independent, accountable work ethic combined with a growth mindset and a collaborative approach
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Humanities, Business/Commerce, Law, or Psychology
