Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing the health needs of residents and clients, developing care plans that cater to their individual requirements.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
  • Supervising and mentoring Enrolled Nurses and Care Service Employees, promoting best practices in care delivery.
  • Providing clinical leadership and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
  • Monitoring and documenting residents' progress, maintaining accurate records and adhering to relevant standards.
Requirements:
  • Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
  • Proven experience in aged care, clinical nursing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of ANACC principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a passion for delivering person-centered care.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings, with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
