Office coordinators play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of any business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage office supplies and equipment to ensure seamless operations.
  • Organize meetings, appointments, and executive calendars to optimize productivity.
  • Provide comprehensive onboarding and training for new hires, familiarizing them with office procedures and tools.
  • Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of accountability and reliability.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments and upper management, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, including coordinating with vendors and service providers.
  • Strive to create a safe and clean working environment, adhering to industry standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate office events, team meetings, and off-site activities to promote team cohesion and camaraderie.

Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. A bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.

As an office coordinator at our organization, you will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $26.00 plus statutory superannuation, estimated at 20 hours per week.
