Job Title: Diversity Education and Inclusion Lead

About the Role

This is a full-time position in a hybrid work environment on the East Coast of Australia, offering an ideal blend of remote and office work. The successful candidate will lead the development, management, and ongoing review of education offerings to enhance member capabilities.

  1. Conduct thorough needs assessments to ensure our educational content addresses the requirements of our members.
  2. Maintain existing programs and develop new ones that build member capability.
  3. Promote quality assurance and continuous improvement of our educational offerings.
  4. Collaborate with the HR team to create an internal Learning & Development program for employees.
