We are currently seeking an experienced Casual Sales Consultant to join our team at the Sportscraft store in Coffs Harbour. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining the highest levels of store presentation.

About the Role

  • Customer Service Expertise: We require an individual with excellent customer service skills, who can build rapport with customers and develop long-term relationships.
  • Brand Ambassador: You will embody the Sportscraft brand values, showcasing our products and providing styling advice to customers.
  • Trend Knowledge: A keen eye for fashion trends and ability to stay up-to-date on the latest styles and fabrics.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Goal-Oriented: Meet or exceed sales targets, while prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide personalized attention to customers, ensuring seamless transactions and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Sales Performance: Consistently strive to meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining high standards of product knowledge and visual merchandising.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop expertise in our products, including fabrication, styling, and relevant features.
  • Stock Management: Effectively manage stock levels, monitor inventory, and implement loss prevention measures.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain store visual standards, creating an inviting shopping environment that showcases our products.
