Job Title: Senior Manager - Gen AI Solutions

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Gen AI solutions team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Gen AI across the bank, leveraging your technical expertise and leadership skills to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

About the Role:
  • Lead the development and implementation of Gen AI solutions that drive business value and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective Gen AI solutions.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive the adoption of Gen AI across the organization.
  • Manage a wide range of stakeholders, including business leaders, engineers, and data scientists, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, identifying opportunities to integrate state-of-the-art generative AI solutions to solve business challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Gen AI technologies and their applications in the banking industry.
  • Lead the design and implementation of Gen AI solutions that meet business requirements and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy Gen AI models and algorithms.
  • Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in delivering and managing complex projects involving Gen AI.
  • Strong technical skills in AI/ML technologies, with a focus on overlapping skills in generative AI engineering or Data Science.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive, growth mindset, eager to drive change and embrace new challenges.
  • Experience in advisory roles providing strategic guidance on Gen AI adoption and implementation.
