About the Role

We are seeking a WHSE Advisor to join our team at the Glenellen Solar Farm in Albury. As a key member of our safety team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our safety systems, conducting risk assessments, and driving positive change in behavioral safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage WHSE documentation and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Investigate incidents and analyze safety data to maintain our high standards
  • Develop and implement safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Collaborate with the team to promote a proactive safety culture

About You

We're looking for someone with:

  • A relevant Bachelor's Degree or 2-3 years of experience in WHSE roles
  • A comprehensive understanding of WHSE legislation and regulations
  • A self-motivated and diligent work ethic, with a commitment to achieving the highest standards in organisational safety and business transformation
  • Experience working within a framework of occupational health and safety, such as ISO 45001
