The Manager, Inquiries and System Reform leads a team with specialist skills in inquiries to conduct mandated child death inquiries and systemic individual inquiries.
- Ensure individual and team responsibilities are clear, performance is managed, and outcomes delivered.
- Develop document and implement processes and procedures to ensure inquiries are undertaken efficiently and effectively.
- Provide quality assurance across the work of the team ensuring all reports correspondence and other documentation are delivered to a high standard.
- Conduct inquiries allocating resources and managing timelines.
- Develop internal systems and capacity to analyse themes and trends in the Commission's inquiries.
- Develop reports and inquiry documentation in a contemporary and accessible style.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the team to achieve key objectives.
- Oversee the development and implementation of business solutions to improve system reform.
- Deliver high-quality reports and documentation.
