About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Agile Team Leader to join our team at Food and Wine. As an Agile Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to manage divisional planning, delivery, and evaluation. You will work closely with our State Office, National Office, and other States and Territories to ensure the proper conduct of our federal elections and referendums.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of staff to manage divisional election planning, delivery, and evaluation.
- Work closely with our State Office, National Office, and other States and Territories to ensure the proper conduct of our federal elections and referendums.
- Develop strong connections with colleagues and supportive networks to deliver an impartial and independent electoral system with high integrity.
- Contribute to the development of team objectives for short-term tasks and strategic planning for longer-term initiatives.
- Supervise temporary election staff and use leadership skills to support the expanding workforce requirements seamlessly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience in planning and organizing major logistical events.
- Ability to adapt and respond to changing circumstances, dealing with ambiguity, and making positive use of opportunities it presents.
- Ability to consistently deliver results and achieve project goals, working in a systematic, methodical, and orderly way while monitoring and maintaining high standards for quality.
- A demonstrated ability to work autonomously and a strong commitment to working harmoniously within a team to achieve positive results and support the company's strategic direction.
Eligibility
- Australian citizenship.
- No active involvement in political affairs.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a character clearance and security clearance.
