About the Team

We believe in collaborative transformation journeys with clients and colleagues across disciplines to deliver world-class solutions. Our Oracle team seeks enthusiastic individuals who can implement Oracle's modern Cloud applications, design and build solutions to optimise customers' ways of working, and understand the benefits of Oracle packaged solutions. You will work well with others, share learnings, and contribute to the team's growth.

This role can be based anywhere in Australia.

Let's talk about your qualifications and experience:

  • Design, documentation, and project planning for integration-related solutions
  • End-to-end SDLC on the integration stack, including system upgrades and migrations
  • BAU and QA support for production and non-production systems
  • Day-to-day system monitoring and reporting to stakeholders
  • System vulnerability and security patch analysis, ensuring compliance with client IT infrastructure security requirements
  • Business understanding and functional support where the integration stack is part of core design
  • Handling change requests, incidents, and service requests
  • P1 and P2 incident management
  • Integration team leadership, mentoring, coaching, and educating team members on best practices in integration design and development

Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:

  • Effective communication skills to deal with demanding clients
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle middleware tools
  • Exposure to designing and solving medium to complex projects involving multiple systems
  • Strong project management skills
  • Good understanding of cloud infrastructure and system security
  • Familiarity with Oracle Service Bus, Oracle BPEL, API PCS, OIC, VBCS, Oracle Data Integrator, and WebLogic
  • Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL, XML, XQuery, XSLT, Groovy, Java, and SSL
  • Experience with JSM, Confluence, and DevOps is a plus

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
