About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at Amazon. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue attainment through data-driven decision-making and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support annual planning activities and develop actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Provide enablement and support of specific mechanisms used to manage the Sales and Sales Operations businesses.
- Support key sales support systems/processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve revenue attainment and market development objectives.
- Create insightful analysis, reports, and dashboards to accelerate information-to-action at scale.
- Develop relationships and processes with sales, sales operations, and other stakeholders to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
- Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed.
- Be an expert in analytics tools required to support Sales and Sales Operations.

Basic Qualifications
5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
